Work delivered: We had to ensure the message of the President was properly watched and heard by the teams all around the world. Location check of the different places in France. Audiovisual, event management, technical and non-technical coordination of the different parties. Recruitment of the local staff to operate the live event. Task force put together in order to manage the worldwide offices (more than 50) and a concierge to answer the questions of everyone due to the special size of the project. Support for the local events taking place in each venue after the international announcement.
The signal was brought to the teams via both the satellite (broadcast) and the streaming (IT) as well as videoconferencing technology in some areas.
ID and password management, intranet page, welcome message were all created for this event. The testing of every single location took place before event.
KPI - Data related to work delivered. Sourcing and management of the chain of command for each individual location: on site client, Project Director from client, venue, different providers, technical teams recruited and spread out to fulfill each place.  
71 orano office worldwide.
17 orano office in France.
2 Production Directors.
3 Direction teams from the clients were involved.
Communication streamline to clarify the "go to" directions.
Road books creation to both our teams and the client teams so everyone was autonomous.
KPI - Data related to the event. Budget had no increase despite the various areas to cover.
No technical issue at all. The President message was heard by the whole personnel of orano before the press and media made it a public announcement.
