Work delivered :
For this 100% digital event, we did design and produce in 3 phases :
- The complete internet website with interaction and voting system along with AI capabilities
- 4 live events of pitching with teams, jury and referee
- A big finale for which we did recreate a complete TV studio in our client's premises

KPI - Data related to work delivered :
- 6 months of work
- 17 physical and virtual meetings
- Sourcing of a complete team made of : special digital adviser, art director and project manager, studio manager
- 4 rounds of testing for the different populations involved, over 7 hours of live events delivered

KPI - Data related to the event :
During this marathon event, we had to coordinate with numerous internal shareholders, such as : IT, technical, marketing and communication, Executive Office, etc. The event was delivered with its different medias such as films and over 1/3 of the entire company got involved in it, which, for a first 100% digital event is a performance on its own. Last : our carbon footprint was overall 50% lower than the previous year delivered in physical mode.
