Work delivered : Complete design, production and execution of a large 100% international digital event. Our scope went from venue finding to full delivery, along with RFP, local talent sourcing and coordination of several providers. Our production did include script and show guidelines & calls, audience interaction, gaming and execution of not less than 200 customised gift sculptures.
KPI - Data related to work delivered : Covid-19 restrictions design and application on site, in coordination with French Authorities latest decree. Constant changes and sourcing of the right expertise and equipment in order to deliver a in a safe event environment.
KPI - Data related to the event : The biggest challenge we had was to shift a physical event in a 100% digital one. Our clients were able to address their numerous offices throughout the world with a flexible solution format. We also employed a gaming and esport graphic designer in order to draw a personalised sculpture during the live event hours. And we delivered.
